Amy, 34, dropped almost $1.7 million on a Manhattan penthouse - and this was months before her $100 million blockbuster film Trainwreck was released.
According to official documents filed in New York, the comedian paid $1,695,000 - the asking price -for the Manhattan penthouse on the upper west side.
The one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom pad, located one block away from Central Park, features high ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, skylight kitchen, a washer and dryer in the bathroom, private staircase to the roof terrace and a secret garden of flowers, shrubs and tree.
Her new film might be called Trainwreck, but Schumer is definitely on the right track when it comes to style.
The comedian, writer, actress and all-round genius headed to London to promote her new movie wearing monochrome dress and a scosy cardigan (clearly she isn't used to the weather on this side of the pond). But it was her strappy heels that really made her stand out!
They're by Narciso Rodriguez, one of Amy's favourite designer labels and we love the contrast between the snake heel and black cut out ankle strap. A simple and understated style, they are the perfect heels to pair with any ensemble. So it will come as no surprise that this isn't the first time she has been spotted wearing them!
Unfortunately these exact sandals are now sold out, but click (right) to buy them in classic black at Farfetch. Or strap yourself in with the help of the high street heels we've found for you in the edit below. You can't go wrong with a bargain buy from New Look!
