Cat called Arnold Schwarzenegger proves as tough as the Terminator after surviving being shot TWICE

A cat called Arnold Schwarzenegger has shown he's just as tough as the Terminator after surviving being shot TWICE.

The feisty feline was blasted in the chest by a hunting rifle, but somehow managed to drag himself back home.

Arnold, three, suffered a shattered shoulder and had to have one of his legs amputated following what his owners, Leah and Allen Elphick, fear was a "deliberate" attack.

Leah, 30, told the Eastbourne Herald : "He’s named after Arnold Schwarzenegger, our favourite action movie hero and he’s certainly living up to his name,” Leah said.

“He’s a real character, all the kids love him and take selfies with him.”

She added: “We can’t work out if he’s the unluckiest cat in the world for getting shot twice, or the luckiest for surviving twice.”
The family found the mighty moggy lying on a chair when they returned from holiday.
She said she could immediately see something was wrong with the pet.

Arnold was rushed to the emergency vet, where an X-Ray revealed he had been gunned down a second time.
She said: “We were just shocked because exactly the same thing happened two years ago.”
Unlike the previous shooting, which passed straight though the cart, this time the bullet hit Arnold in the chest, went through his shoulder then became lodged in his leg.
