Medically considered the oldest girl in Philippines Ana has recently celebrated her birthday – and she's only just turned 18. Ana Rochelle Pondare has an extremely rare and fetal condition called Progeria – means the teen's body ages ten times faster than normal. According to doctors she is 'already 144 years old'.
